This is difficult for me to answer, but I think you may be able to make him love you. If all he wants is sex, and the attitude doesn't stop, then go towards one who respects you and doesn't want sex, or frequently wants sex. Sorry if it doesn't help!

If you love him, stay with him. if you arent ready to go all the way yet, say so. but maybe compromise by saying you will still do the flirting & making out and stuff, thats what most ppl do. tell him you will be ready for it one day, but right now he just needs to respect your wishes.
if he leaves because he cant have the sex he wants, then hes not worth your time.
if he is genuine, compromises and waits then he probably loves you.
you need to talk and how he reacts.

Frankly, I don't think you will be able to make him love you. How can you make someone love you? I think it is impossible.(I ,of course, am not aware of your powers) You can't turn his feelings on, you can make him want you or whatever..but love...it is different! Honestly, no!If his goal is sex, he will try to achieve this goal ( maybe by telling you that he really is inlove with you)

Okay, heres the thing.......DOn't keep holding on. He will cheat on you because you won't sleep with him. And take it from me, IT HURTS.
