Love Question

What is he up to?

Once he realized that I like him,he started following me everywhere he could.We even had so many eye connections and smiles with each other and this continued 4 months.When my friends asked him if he liked me...he didn't say yes or no,but "ok".After a few days,my friends asked him about his feelings 4 me and he said he won't do anything i.e. he don't want a relationship!!!
What has happened 2 him now??? I can't understand.Plzz help me :'(

Well, you can give him time, or be the one who makes the first step. You should talk with him(in private!) about you two too.
