If you really like him that much I'd say go and get him! Spend more time with him, make him smile, do things that will make him miss you when you're not around, be a good friend and be there for him, be sweet and caring. Also, always stay pretty and charming, don't be afraid to be yourself when he's around. Be funny, make him laugh. Trust me, guys dig that. Just don't overdo it otherwise he'll freak out.
