i know that feeling, my story's around here somewhere.I think you should get to know her better, dont rush into things or you'll get really bad vibes. You should take things slow, and make sure this is love not lust if you want to say you love her. Everything is not what it seems, most of the time. You should also check if you two are compatible for luck, if your not be very careful. Like my motto says you love simply because you cannot help it, or something like that. Hope this helps.

Talk to her first. If you still feel that way, then become a friend of her's. After she feels a little more comfortable around you, try to ask her out on a date. If she says no right away, don't be disapointed. Wait a little bit longer and then ask again. Patience is a virtue.
