always have your pen in your pocket. dont bother putting back the cover so you could pull it out and stab it to him. If he doesnt respect you at all, then its time you show him that you're not some bitch to be treated like that.

Guys dont dare mess with me in school because of my lovely pen... I wont have to bother screaming, telling them to go away... when I reached in my pocket for my pen, they'll just stop the kiddish attitude. :)

If he's touching your butt you can report him for sexual harrassment. If you're egging him on though then seriously...just stop. Calling him "fat", "ugly" and "creepy" won't help anything.

I usually stab people with my pencil if they attempt anything like that, im serious, im not kidding. All these answers are good, but if he was doing that to me i would kick his ass! then my brother and uncle would put him in the emergency room! by beating him of course, my uncle beat this kid up that called me names in third grade. sweet memories!If i ever track him down, im learning too online i'll kick his ass!Though i need some info for that

Ok, seriously, don't stab him. That's going to cause more problems than it solves.

If you are egging him on in any way, or any way that can be misconstrued as "egging him on" stop immeditetly!! The next time you go into school tell the princepal/vice-princepal/ office aid/teacher about what is going on ( do not call him ugly or fat!). Tell them his name, how long it's been going on, if you've told him to stop, tell them how many times ectect. Tell them everything you can remember and be specific!
