I REALLY NEED HELP!!!! AND PLEASE BE HONEST!!

OK GUYS THIS IS LONG SO GET READY LOL!! THERES THIS GUY THATS MY NAGHBIOR WHEN I SAY NAGHBIOR I MEAN RIGHT NEXT DOOR! HE GOES TO THE SAME SCHOOL AS ME AND EVERYTHING LIKE THAT! I LIKED THIS GUY FOR LITERLY 5 YEAR!! AND HE LIKED ME BACK! HE TOLD ME THAT I WAS THE LONGEST THAT HE HAS EVER LIKED A GIRL!(2 YEARS) BUT AT THE TIME HE WAS DATING THIS GIRL! BUT, HE ONLY DATES NASTY GIRLS TO GET ME JELOUSE!! SOO I DONT NO WHAT TO DO IM SOOOOO LOST AND CONFUSED!! ANYWAYS, HE ALWAYS LOOOKS AT ME AND COMES OUTSIDE RIGHT WHEN I COME OUT, HE ALWAYS SMILES AT ME AND ALL THAT STUFF! BUT ITS LIKE, IF YOU LIKE ME WHY DONT YOU JUST ASK ME OUT ITS NOT THAT HARD!?? I REALLY DONT KNOW! IM SOOO SICK OF BEING IN LOVE WITH A GUY THAT WONT MAKE A MOVE. I JUST WANT TOO NO IF HE LIKES ME SO I CAN MOVE ON WITH MY LOVE LIFE! PLEASE HELP!!!!
