um i really dont know but you could start by spending time with him

the biggest mistake is to go and directly tell him that you like him.....a good relationship always starts with a good friendship and understanding.
you both can become friends...but be careful don't behave as if u are too eager for him...be casual. doing so can make him repel from you...
know more about him. cuz there are chances that the the cute guy can turn out to be a big bore!!
