Do you think Lady Gaga Spends more time with her fashion than her actual music?

I guess it just really depends on the time of the year and when the live performances are... I suppose it's not the same for her to take care of the fashion while she's working on an album that's so intense like Born This Way or design the outfits for a live performance or video.
