Kpop Question

What was your first KPOP experience?

Ok, so I've noticed that their are A LOT of KPOP fans that aren't even from Korea, and I just wanted to know the story on how you found out about KPOP...

My story:
I live in the U.S., but I live in an area where their a lot of Koreans living. My best friend is Korean and my boyfriend is Korean and me and my one friend were pretty interested in Korean culture. One day my friend got very bored so she looked up "korean music" on YouTube. "Gee" by Girls' Generation popped up and she watched. She just thought it was so amazing that she sent me the link. I watched it and was really fascinated by it. That was about a year ago and I've been a sone ever since I heard Tiffany say "Boy, my first love story." That is probably why I love SNSD so much because they introduced me to this wonderful fan world that is KPOP. But for awhile their I thought that SNSD was the only GOOD KPOP band. But I was so wrong, my second KPOP group was SECRET, because these Korean exchange students danced "Shy Boy" at my school. That's when I realized I should open up my mind more and listen to a lot of different groups. I know this is really long, but this is my story ^^

I found out about k-pop through being interested in Korean culture ^.^ the internet also helped! I remember I was just browsing the web and I remember the first k-pop band I came across was After School ^.^ but the very first k-pop song I heard was Gee by SNSD! and I was like wowww this is so cool! and from then on I become addicted! I found out about k-pop in September 2010 when I was 16, and I've been obsessed ever since :) GO K-POP! :3

And my second mv was Fantastic Baby from Big Bang^^
But first I saw a photo of Taeyang in Fantastic Baby and then I found Blue. After I had seen the video I was a little bit confused.... Because I'd expected some different! But then I found Fantastic baby^^
