I agree, Eric Singer got to be the Fox. But I understand why they use Ace and Peter's make-up, they think that the fans what the originals. Even though Eric and Tommy are not Ace and Peter. This is what Gene Simmons said was best for the band, he needs to ask the fans what they think^_^

As Paul Stanley has said countless times and in interviews, they're using the original ICONIC makeup designs because that is what most people relate to KISS.

As to Eric Singer being the fox - KISS does not own the rights to Eric Carr's fox design and therefore it can't be used even if they wanted to.

But how do Peter and Ace feel...it's their make-up? Tommy and Eric are not original members, but they were put in original make-up. You can replace band members...bands do, but it's never the same...and Kiss is one of a kind with iconic make-up. Us younger fans don't really care about iconic anyway...older fans are more nostalgic. I think that's what the matter is, lolz ~♥~

Gene and Paul own the rights to the make up. all but Eric Carr's when he passed Gene and Paul let that make up design go with him.
