Steps
1.
Clean your room. Make sure it's clean and that you have space to put stuff.
2.
Write down all your favourite Animes and try to get a idea of which Animes to use for your room. (Ex: Lucky Star, Black Butler, Fruits Basket, etc...)
3.
Once you've decided what Animes you want to use, make sure you got money. The most important part of this project is money. So start finding some money in your piggybank.
4.
If you have any stores in your town/city that sells Anime you know of, go there and buy posters, figures, mangas, etc... Or if you live in a small town and got no Anime stores you could always check Ebay, Amazon, or even a Japanese Anime online store site.
5.
Decorate your room neatly, if it's jammed with posters on the walls and figures on the floor it'll probably become an 'Weeaboo' room. Usually Otaku's decorate there rooms a little messy but you should keep it clean so it'll look nice.
6.
Decorate as many times as you want! It's your room, do what you please.
Tips
If you have a TV in your room put on an Anime.
Blast Anime music in your room. (Ex: Vocaloid, Anime themes, etc...)
If you've got Anime plushes, put them on your bed.
Make sure the posters are not hidden (Unless if they are inappropriate, you must try not to put up such posters)
Keep some Pocky in your room. (But not for too long, it could make you sick after a few months. So eat it up!)
Try putting figures on your windowsill.
