I haven't seen Ed Wood.... can someone tell me the plot and if it's good?

I have watched it and it was quite good..
I expected something better though...

Good? Try amazing! I loved this movie, Johnny is just so perfect as Ed. Every time I watch it I just can't help from giggling at his smile. His character is sooo cute, and Martin Landau killed it as Bela Lugosi!! Tim Burton's such a great director, it's a great movie. The only thing I don't really like is the ending because it's kinds of depressing and stuff. Other than than that, Ed Wood is such an awesome movie
