its easy just go to article's beneath the banner and then press on the button which says write an article =D that's it!

Go to ARTICLES and at the top it says "Write an Article". Click This.

Well, u go to Articals and then you click on 'Write an artical' then if u want to write a story about Jake and Nessie, then u click on 'Fan Fiction' and write to ur heart's content.

I recommend using FanFiction.net. I use it, and it's really simple! After you create an account, it should be pretty self-explanatory.
