Cuddy isn't a part of a team and it's normal that she gets episodes with a lot of her (usually one in a season - babies&bathwater, humpty dumpty, fetal position, airborne, a lot of them in season 5 and in season 6 - Known Unknowns, the one with Thanksgiving and 5 to 9), where she takes medium part (other episodes with Vogler, some episodes in season 2, Needle in a Haystack, Intensive, the one when new team stole her panties, Alone) and there happens to be episode with a little part of her (The Social Contract, House vs. God, blahblahblah). Show is still called House MD, and it's generally about medicine.
Also, not everyone are Cuddy fans and a lot of people think that her storylines brings to much private stuff into the show. I don't think that anybody is angry with Lisa Edelstein or disrespect her - all cast and producers seem to love her, and, for god's sake, she got her own episode!
I think House, as a show, has really bad times lately and creators are trying to go back to seasons 1-2, maybe 3, look - a lot of team, patients and medicine (what I love) with one main plot, and right now it's Hilsons plot/House trying to stay clean plot.
I hope Cuddy will come back soon and shine with her kickass self :)
