Anybody else see the camera man in Cursed?

In the season 1 episode Cursed, when House is explaining the final diagnosis, he walks past one of his glass walls. Am I the only one to notice a camera guy in the reflection - or am I just insane?

When he was talking about the boy with leprosy, and that the medicine kills them off, but they stay there - after the GCI when you see House talking, yes there is a guy in a black t- shirt. He's not one of the main guys, so I think he must be a camera guy or something... not sure...
