What did House answered Chace ...

In the episode "cursed" S1 E13
House asks Chace why he have a problem with his father...
Sometime later Chace asks House why people want to know everything (or something like this) ...
House answers something, and that is what I want to know, what is House answering??
He tell him why people talk about people, but what is he exactly saying???
Pls help me!!!

Well, maybe you know, Chace father is in the hospital and everyone want to know why he "hates" his father .... House asks him again and Chace asks: Why does everybody need to know my business? ........
