What happened in season finale ?

I live in Bulgaria and here haven`t start to broadcast House and wondered what happened is the last episode..please tell me or i won`t sleep tonight

it's AMAZING. run down-bad news for the POTW. she's crushed under a HUGE rock from a crane collapsed on a building. she dies. House has another patient, the crane operator. solves the problem. House and Cuddy=David Shore did RIGHT for ONCE by the Huddy fans of the world. SEE FOR YOURSELF. one of the best in House's history. he's so gentle w the patient. watch it! it's 1000000% worth it
