Of course he's scary. Some may think otherwise because of his humor, but that's what makes him more fearsome. The fact that he diminutizes the solemness of murder by making jokes adds to his psychopathic personality. If someone is serious when they're about to kill someone, that means that the person in question knows that it's wrong, but joking about it means that killing someone is no big deal. So he is scary because he is funny

I think that the whole idea of getting killed in your sleep is pretty freaky, because that's the one thing that they can't avoid.

no hes not that scary. not enough scare in him for me. IT, exocist girl and the floating woman in evil dead is freaky.

i wasn't scared but i still love them if they'd of all been made by Wes Craven i might have been scared of them account-ta the 1st and New nightmare film had the greatest suspense
the films had inspired a lot of things.

He doesn't scare me but I think he's pretty awsome! Now movies like The Grudge,IT, and CreepShow are pretty freaking scary.
