How many children did Freddy Krueger kill before being burned in the boiler room?

I don't recall this ever being clarified, but my guess is well over fifty innocent children.

the anwser is 0 he didnt do it .... thats why he comes back and kills people.. mainly highschool kids.. the same that burned him up

In "A Nightmare on Elm Street" Nancy's mother said "You wanna know who Fred Krueger was. He was a filthy child murderer that killed at least 20 kids. kids we all knew."
So basically their was only twenty known kids killed but their is evidence etc. that their was probable more so nobody really knows the exact number except Freddy
