No, sorry to dissapoint you but I am not being attacked by a serial killer with a mask. I'm argueing with my sister about it (although sometimes i think she would make a good serial killer)

Damn. Well to legit answer your question, cut off their arms and then take it off. That way they can't fight you while taking it off :)
