Does anyone have some genuinely scary non-mainstream horror recommendations?

Well, some of the more '' cult '' if you will, best Horror fanatic movies, usually are the foreign ones. (if you don't mind subtitles)
Some of my favourites are:

A Tale of Two Sisters - 2003 (korean) <--- SHIT SCARY. O_O

I don't know what qualifies as scary. It is different for everybody, and I personality don't get scared by movies. But here's a small list of movies I think don't get enough attention & are very worthy of praise:

- The Orphanage
- High Tension
- Splinter
- Dead Snow
