MICHAEL or HANABLE?

It has to be Hanable as he was an educated cannibal, he ate with taste, he enjoyed his food but understood how to improve its taste with the delicate taste of the right glass of wine

I don't know who Hanable is. And Michael Myers would own him in every way regardless.
