Is Hungary canonically a yaoi fangirl or is that just an added personality the fans made for her?

When I look at comics with Hungary on the internet they have her with either a camera taking pictures of yaoi couples or with her holding an r-18 doujinshi, is this part of her actual personality or did the fandom just make her like that? 'Cause I'm confused.
