How do I get more people to engage in my ask blog on Tumblr?

I've had a blog for a Hetalia character for I'm guessing a month now, and that entire time, I've only gotten one message. How do I get more people to send asks?

Hm... maybe try tagging your posts more often, and see if any of your friends, if in a fandom, can show of your blog! :)
