Your favorite piece of fanart?

What's your most favorite piece of Hetalia fanart you've come across and why?

For me, this one. I don't know if it's my all times favorite but it's definitely one of them. It's so touching, meaningful, and very beautifully done. I love this kind of fanart. I love Hetalia's family relationships :)
