Hetalia Question

Just occured to me...

Greece has this obsession with cats due to the number of stray cats in greece...That means that in other countries there aren't stray cats? Say you are walking in a normal neighbourhood, don't you see cats around? At least one?

Greece has an overpopulation. You still see stray cats in other countries, just not as many.

Yeah I know that there are stray cats everywhere, but you don't see a lot of them everywhere, do you?

It depends where, at my place, not only are there stray cats but there are a lot of stray dogs, too.

It depends on where you live. Here in the Philippines, there are A LOT of strays, both cats and dogs. Every corner, there's either a cat or a dog just lying there. I feel really bad ; A ; I wanna keep them all but I can't T _ T I hope someone finds them and get a good home to live in.

I was just going to say that too. That's right there are a lot of them here in the Philippines but I'm rather annoyed of the aggressive ones. Especially late at night when they start making noises (in unison) (a little creepy and annoying). (Sorry for being off-topic)

That's fine. I find it a bit annoying too but it can't be helped. They are cats and dogs, they don't actually know that they are disturbing us.

They're like babies, unless you train/teach them something, they won't know what to do.
