For example-
Captain Canada can shoot maple syrup out from his nostrils.
His maple syrup nostril shooter is stronger than a pressure washer and can penetrate walls >:D

China- Master of noodle-fu. He can extend his arms and spins his arms in circles 425mphiosc(four-hundred-twenty-five minutes per hour in one single circle). Using his arms a a propeller he can start hovering. ^^
