Is it TRUE that there's a Hetalia movie with PHILIPPINES IN IT!?!?!?!? If so, say so! (in the comments)

Idk but I just came a across a rumor about a movie with this country, Philippines, and that would probably DEMORALIZED me, because, if it's true, I will feel kinda sucky about making my own Philippines character since there's already an OFFICAL Philippines already made in the ANIME! It would be like trying to replace America with your American OC. But, I might be able to tolerate it if it's just in the moive and not in the TV series.
