Hetalia video-game and movie?

It's called Hetaoni and it's fanmade by a very talented Hetalia fan in Japan.
If it's possible do you think it could get so popular that they'll actually license it and release it as official Hetalia merchandice?
Cause if so that'd be so freaking awesome
