Alright hobbits let's begin.
My name is Cara, I'm 13 turning 14 and I live in Western Australia. Feel free to call me NicoL, The Great Leader(as others call me), Cara or anything else as long as it doesn't make me feel sad and unimportant. Examples are; Stupid, Hey You!, Creepy Kid Who Thinks She Can Spell etc.
Back to what I'm actually supposed to be doing...
As most of you know, I am the creator of this club and a fellow Rper. I've been on Fanpop for two years and I imagine myself as a seasoned veteran when dealing with Trolls and crazy Fandom members.
I live in an average home in an average suburb beside the Shark Attack Capital of the world. Australia is dry, wet, cold, hot, peaceful, loud, scary, pretty, ugly, dangerous, harmless and full of bogans. Oh and yes, to answer your internal question, I did just contradict myself several times. For your information I am a professional procrastinator and like long walks in dangerous bushes. I have a beagle who is the very essence of stupid but adorable. I also 'own' a horse named Coconut and have my Scuba Diving license. My future career is rapidly speeding towards RAAMC (Royal Australian Army Medical Corps) Officer and I'm dedicated to getting there.
My favourite music genres are rock, alternate rock, alternate, rap and some pop. I'm not really picky about music genres. My favourite bands are Breaking Benjamin, Linkin Park, Thirty Seconds to Mars, Imagine Dragons, Queen, Eminem, Good Charlotte and Lorde. To me music isn't about how catchy it is, it's about how emotional and intelligent the lyrics are as well as how the music itself conveys the lyrics and how they connect. One of my most important goals on my bucket list is to learn piano and I'm still dedicated to learning it.
My favourite movie genres are action, war/military based ones, sci-fi, some drama, thriller and comedy. My favourite movies are Black Hawk Down, Pitch Perfect(I own the soundtrack xP), The Hurt Locker, Easy A, John Tucker Must Die, Contagion, Zero Dark Thirty, LoTR and Madagascar 1, 2 and 3.
My favourite Tv Shows are Arrow, Supernatural, Star Wars: The Clone Wars, NCIS, The Walking Dead(I'm still on season 1, don't judge) and Falling Skies.
My favourite books/book series are PJO, HoO, Department 19, The Hunger Games, Mortal Instruments, I Am Number Four, Deltora Quest(don't judge I read it when I was younger), Zombie Fallout, Indian Hill, The Vampire's Assistant, Demonata, Exit Wounds, The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings. LoTR and Zombie Fallout is pretty much my entire life wasted in two book series.
Now onto other things that don't include my favourite things. I love Roleplaying for PJO/HoO and I'd really like a Department 19 Rp if it wasn't such a lesser known book series. Another thing you'll find out about me is that I'm a full on fauna and flora activist. I sign as many petitions as I can and I try to do my part in keeping nature from being slaughtered and destroyed unnecessarily. Note: this doesn't make me a vegan. I'm a full on omnivore like everyone else.
Something else that is kind of interesting but not that important, I don't eat anything that has unsustainable Palm Oil in it. Palm Oil is a cheap oil found in African palm trees in places like Borneo and Sumatra. Unsustainable palm oil causes huge deforestation, encourages slave labor and has made twenty three fauna and flora species endangered. The species are Sumatran and Bornean Orang-utan, Proboscis Monkey, Pygmy Elephant, Asian Rhinocero, Sumatran Tiger, Sunbear, Gibbon, Bay Cat, Clouded Leopard, Spectral Tarsier, Bornean Flat-headed Frog, Rhinoceros Hornbill(bird), Anoa, Fishing Cat, Lar Gibbon, Dhole, Malayan Tapir, Bornean Tree Shrew, Bornean Bristlehead, Flat-headed Cat, Refflesia Flower, Titan Arum flower and Phalaenopsis Gigantea orchid.
Pretty sad huh? I hate how we just disregard fauna and flora like we are the apex species. The shark culling in WA is just one example of that as well as deforestation in the Amazon.
Anyways, I'm sure you didn't read this to hear me rant. Another thing about me is that I love travelling. I'm part of my school's Police Rangers unit and I'm going to Mexico and Belize this year in November as part of World Challenge. World Challenge is pretty much me, two teachers and bunch of other students being sent to a developing country(Mexico, Vietnam, Fiji, Botswana etc) where we go for a week long hike and then we spend a week doing community service and then relaxing before being sent home. The whole trip takes about three to four weeks and really benefits your leadership and team work abilities.
Oh! I almost forgot. If I 'accidentally' make a sort of disgraceful mention towards Christianity, Baptists, Catholics etc, I'm sorry my grandmother is heavily Christian and nags me about praying even though she knows I'm full on Pagan so I tend to make irritated comments the religion to the people around me.
I'm also a huge fan of quotes so bear with me if I even quote them.
Right...I think that's me. If it isn't I'll just edit and add some more shiz-nick. Thank you for reading and being awesome friends/acquaintances.

Hey guys,
It's been almost seven years since I first joined this website, which seems hard to believe. I came back to check this place out on a nostalgic whim, and wow, the memories hit me hard.
I just wanted to let you guys know, this club really meant a lot to me. It gave me a wonderful, comfortable space to try to express myself, and experiment making stories with other people. It felt like we had our own little private corner of the world to play around in, and I’m grateful for that. I'll admit my writing here makes me cringe a bit now, but it was so important to me during that part of my life and I’ve grown so much from it that I wouldn’t dare change a thing.
Thank you all so much for being such wonderful friends and sharing that time with me. I’m doing well, and I sincerely hope the rest of you are too. Maybe we'll manage to get back in touch again sometime, but even if not, I wish the best for all of you.
Love,
Jaz
