Do you think Peeta took a big emotional risk telling all of Panem about his feelings for Katniss during his interview?

I think Peeta took a big risk in telling all of Panem his feelings for Katniss because he not only didn't know how she would react to hearing the truth, but he wasn't sure if she felt the same way about him. I think Peeta did what did that way if he died in the arena, Katniss would know the truth and why he gave her the bread on that rainy day. He took the biggest risk of them all, because everything he did, he did for love and to make sure that Katniss won and survived the games.
