Harry Potter Question

What exactly does Harry's acceptance letter say?

1 of my friends is obsessed w/ HP (something we have in common) & her birthday is coming up and i wanted 2 send her a hogwarts acceptance letter exactly how it was in the book. so plz give me exactly what it is... 10 props available.
1 more thing: she's turning 10, not 11, so i want 2 say something in the letter abt how hogwarts is accepting ppl @ age 10 now, not 11, but idk how 2 make it sound formal, like how it would be in the book. extra props if u give me a way 2 say this in the letter.
