It's never stated in the books, as I recall. I'm going to have to say that I doubt it, due to the nature of the Patronus Charm, and the fact that Draco was a Death Eater; according to JKR, the only Death Eater able to cast a Patronus is Severus Snape.

That's bullshit. I mean not what you say, what JK says. What you say is totally right. I mean WHY would a Death Eater NOT have a Patronus? You need good memories to cast a Patronus and being a bad guy doesn't mean you only have bad memories. That's just BULLSHIT.

Umbridge was not a practitioner of the Dark Arts. She was just a twisted bitch. There's more to the Patronus than to just protect you from Dementors, actually...anyway, here. Make of it what you will. link And as for Draco...I did not say that HE did not deserve to have "nice things", I was referring to the sick, twisted bastards who CHOSE to walk the Dark Path, who chose to do evil, who cultivate the cruelty in their souls. Draco didn't chose the position he found himself in. And I thought JK explained it just fine, but that's me.
