Can wizards cure muggle diseases?

that's a quite interesting question but i don't think i have a good answer... i think that wizards can cure muggle diseases but i don't think that they can die from anything else. oh and that's why they live till long age... isn't it obvious?

Maybe to keep the wizarding world separate from the muggle world and maybe that they cant cure serious health alignments..who knows?

Though it was touched upon on T.V show Charmed if magic could cure sickness and etc would there be a single sick person in the world?

But i honestly dont know...theres alot of maybes
