Hmm, How about the Order of the Phoenix, like during the time when the Potters were alive; The Longbottoms, like their family before they were tortured; Hagrid and Madame Maxime; Cho and Cedric.

Just a few ideas.

Malfoy family, Death Eaters, Hogwarts co workers (Filch, Madam Pomfrey, Hagrid etc), Magical creatures (Buckbeak, Dobby, Kreacher), Quidditch theme (teams, players), triwizard champions, Heads of House, DADA teachers, etc etc

Couple more came to my mind:
Ministry theme (Fudge, Umbridge, Scrimgeur, Crouch etc)
Dursleys, Lucius and Narcissa (though if you make Malfoy family, that's almost the same), Order of the Phoenix, Dumbledore's Army, Prisoners of Azkaban (Sirius, Bellatrix etc)
Enemies: Draco Harry, Lucius Arthur, James Snape
(but NOT like slash, PLEASE)

And now I will stop editing every minute something more comes to my mind.
