ARE YOU A TRUE HARRY POTTER FAN?

I have all of the books. I have read all of the books atleast 107 times. The book I have read the most is Deathly hallows, which I have read 204 times. In a close second is Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban: 196. I have two copies of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, one is the special edition I waited three weeks to get. I also have two editions of the movie harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. i own the Tales of Beedle the Bard. i have lots of souveneir thingies (Hermione's wand, the Time Turner, harry's Quidditch robes, Ravenclaw robes, Harry's glsses.) I have been Hermione Granger three times for Halloween. Almost all of my harry potter stuff is displayed in my room. It is all well worn. Oh, and I'm getting the tenth anniversary edition of the Sorcerer's Stone.

Not to mention the tons and tons of fanfictions i have written or read, all the games played with my friends when we were in second grade. ;) I think I am a true fan. Plus, i tried to get adopted by the Weasley's.Crazy enough or ya? i could go on and o

When someone pisses me off, my head is screaming "Crucio! Crucio! Crucio!" I hate the actual character of Harry Potter, 'cause he's a whiny emo brat. I hate the movies 'cause they don't do the books justice. I don't think Twilight is better than HP, I don't even think it's on the same level or that they can even be compared. When I'm older, I'm getting a tattoo of the Dark Mark on my arm.

Yes of course I am, i mean... i bleed, literaly, for Harry Potter, i have 2 tattoos: one with the Hogwarts crest and another with the Slytherin symbol and i want to make more tattoos cause they are my personal way to show to the world that i live for Harry Potter and theres nothing i love more in this world then HP.
I have all the 7 books 4 times, including special editions (and they are VERY expensive), i have the dolls of all characters, i have all the movies, the original motion picture soundtrack of the 5 movies, i have t-shirts and bags and soooo much more things... i´m REALLY a true fan of HP and not one of the many girls that just like HP cause they think Daniel is hot...

Yes how could i not be! they are the books of my childhood from age 7-8 to almost 17, I was hooked from the get go when Mr Dursley had his first noticed a stiff looking 'cat reading the sign'for my 18th i got the limited edition signed collection as a reminder of the years i've spent reading and watchin harry , i was at a complete loss after i had finished the last book i have lost a dear and old friend i was and still am in a way gutted,but i'll continue to reread them forever and i'm dying to c the new film :) Heres to THE BOY WHO LIVED!!!

I pester a friend who works at a movie house to get me a poster whenever there`s a movie and I always watch the first showing of it.My husband totally supports this addiction of mine by gifting me with Harry Potter stuffs.He gave me mugs with different insignia of all the houses and book marks.{He tried to give me stickers but I draw the line.I am after all an adult not a teenager}. After all this things...am I a true fan or what?

YES! I have read all the books soooooo many times, in both russian and english, i've seen all the movies and when i finished the last book i felt a vacuity inside me... I also have made many people (my parents, my friends...) to love him too! Such a pity that there are no other HP books... At least there are the movies to wait to come up...

Of course I´m a true fan! I love HP and J.K Rowling is amazing...when I received the 7th book I was mega exited and couldn´t stop thinking about it for days.

i may not be the worlds biggest fan, but i am defiently a true fan. i read the books before they even decided to make a movie which i think makes you a true fan. im one of the ones who waited in line for the books before it became a big deal. i couldnt wait for number 4, let alone 5, 6 and 7.
so, i may not be the biggest fan but i am a HUGE one, even if i seem to be one of the lonely few who manage to like harry potter AND twilight. go figure.

What would you consider a true fan?

I have all seven books, have reread most of them many times (most of them between 10 and 20 times, except for the last three. DH only once, and HBP and OOTP only a couple of times. I firmly believe after GOF, the best one imho, the series went downhill).

I am involved in fandom now and then, used to be REALLY involved a couple of years back. Have written fanfiction and have made a lot of fanart, read a lot of fanfiction, and used to be quite involved in the SCUSA subforum of Fictionalley (Guns 'N Handcuffs and Mirror were my threads, although I'd also occasionally lurk or post at the HMS Celebrity).

1.i have harry potter copies in english,irish,spanish,portugese and french. i have posters of harry potter all over my wall and i draw every day a character or a scene i have 23 board games i wrote cards to jk rowling she specially wrote to me and i have her outhograph
i will never miss the movies i have all the series (in different languiges)i whent to the MTV studios (my uncle works there)and talked to daniel,emma and rupert and got their outhograph and i knitted a scarf of every house in Hogwarts i made my own harry, hermione, ginny, ron, draco, neville, snape and lily. its so cool i have my own costume from harry potter the movies and i had visited the castle where harry potter was filmed i know alfonso cuaron (director of harry potter 3) i read the books 23 times each and watched the movies 43 times me and my friends have aclub and i am the captain i have bed and all toys of harry potter and all i love harry potter.

I discovered it at 6 years old. First the movie, of course. But, I read the book at the same age and read it again till 2nd grade when silly me discovers there's more than one (XD) I read all of them as they came out. I'm not 15-so wow am I right? I still like..wait LOVE it. I've discovered my favorite characters. (10 points to the first correct guesser)
I know a lot of the secret messages and hidden clues in almost each chapter of the books!
There's more of a story to it then it appears :O
I actually cried reading these books, abnormal for ME.
Even though now everyone in my grade has their minds set on better (yah right) books, I always stayed with this series. JKR is a genius! Can't wait the upcoming movies!

I have read every single book 527 times, and counting. I own Harry's wand, Voldemort's wand, Hermione's wand, Ron's and also Dumbledore's. I have a time turner, a mini sorting hat, and a ton of posters of harry potter stuff. I have three HP t shirts. I have ice skated to HP twice, own all of the books in spanish, american, and british editions. I have worn the real sorting hat, been to a HP exhibit in Chicago and been on a HP tour in England. I have seen where they filmed the Leaky Cauldron, Privet Drive in Book One, what they placed Grimauld place off of but it was really on a set, and I saw Slughorne's house before the movie was out. I have action figures of almost every HP character and used to have HP bed sheets. I have HP legos, computer games, DS games, and am saving up for a Wii game. My friends call me jedi, wizard, beckyv za jedi, kenobi, or darth potter. I can play about 16 HP songs on the flute. I have wizard duels at lunch when I am not running around machine gunning people. (yes I am strange.) Even though I have slowed down reading the books, I used to read them at least twice a week and now I only read them about twice a month, but I am trying to get to three hundred. I am not as obsessed as I used to be, but I still love the Harry Potter series!!!!! I think I am a true fan!!!!

hmmmm... I WOULD HOPE SO!!!!! IVE READ THE 7TH BOOK SO MANY TIMES THAT I LOST COUNT AFTER 20!!!!! IVE MEMERIZED A PARAGRAPH FROM THE BOOKS!!!!! I have stood by the books since they were first released in 1998 ( when America got them). I got book after book. Paperbacks then I eventually collected all the Hardcovers as they came out. I have a ton of Harry Potter merchandise. I see the movies opening day. I went as Hermione Granger to my Senior Halloween Party, then I was Bellatrix Lestrange two years in a row. I was a member of my highschool Harry Potter club and was sorted into Ravenclaw. I got Deathly Hallows at midnight at a book store. During " Banned Book Week" I always read HP or " 1984"- OOTP the Mynestry of Magic reminded me of " Big Brother" with that poster of Fudge looking down on them. I have always stood up for HP on boards calling it " witchcraft" have even gotten into fights over that. I am a TRUE Harry Potter fan.
