Nope, which is why in most stories they are usually hunted down by humans or behave in a typically non vampire kind if way.

No, the things the vampires do like drinking blood, sleeping in coffins etc are considered demonish and like cunha27 said they are hunted down by vampire-slayers(and now Abraham Lincoln) for good reason.

Dejavu; As explained in the prior pick; vampires do not behave appropriately (no matter which series you speak of) sucking human blood, scudding people, killing people, ect is not appropriate.
