Well, I do love them in the films, actually.
For me, their story in the movies was different than the book's one (which is great and awesomely splendid too), but still magnificent and magical.
In fact, I started loving Harry and Ginny because of the films. Their relationship in the sixth film totally captivated me. Then I read the books and they confirm my H♥G love. There are lots of good things in both, books and movies that I'm so glad to enjoy them as much as they can be enjoyed:) Why limiting myself if I can love and live H♥G relationship twice?
So I can say proudly, I love Harry and Ginny everytime and everywhere, books or movies. They're awesome and extremely HarryPotterific, no matter the situation.

I remember seeing 6 for the first time and almost cringing at how awkward all the scenes were, not in a cute was, but in the way that you can tell they both are having a real tough time giving a good performance. I have to say that the films really fell off the ball in regards to Hinny.

I don't think Harry really belongs with Ginny, and the chemistry between Daniel Radcliffe and Bonnie Wright (not saying I hate the actors, Dan is awesome), wasn't enough. In the books, J.K Rowling did a pretty good job, but I felt like it was a tiny bit rushed. I love Harry and Luna in the books, and the movies. Daniel Radcliffe and Evanna Lynch had beautiful chemistry.

I love them in the books, but in the movies, they didn't portray it right.

Yeah, I just didn't buy this pairing. I don't feel chemistry between them at all.

I like them in the books. In the films, they're just awkward. I'm not sure if it was just an accidental result of no chemistry between actors who were cast years before they'd need to act a couple, or if it was actually deliberate. Sometimes the writing was terrible too.
