one half is agreeing that harry/ginny are good together but theres another nagging at the back of my head looking back at past moments in the books and movies where both harry and hermione are there for each other where others have abandoned them and given each other a level of support, shoulder to cry on and pull each other out of their moods.

Problem with the Harmionians is that they forget that Harry never had any romantic feelings for Hermione. The books go so far as to say that Harry got annoyed pretty easily with Hermione when they were alone.
