Here can you talk about mermaid legends.
I begin with the dutch mermaid legends later say i were the latest time a mermaid has seen follow a legend.

De meermin van westerschouwen.
This is the best known mermaid story at the netherlands.
This is a short version of the story.

Earlier was the island westerschouwen (Dutch sealand) a mutch larger then now.

She was very beautiful. mermale´s are very ugly.
