(episode 15) ok explain me please, Is this the last episode of season 3? or we are missing episodes? if the answer is yes, is it confirmed that it would be a season 4?
and last question, what's the name of the song of snow patrol, whe Meredith falls?

No this isn't the last episode of the season. The name of the Snow Patrol song is "Make This Go On Forever" from the album Eyes Open.
