fanpop doesn't actually host any video. the videos you find in the spots are all embedded from video sharing sites.

if you wanted to upload you could use dailymotion or guba or some such site (since they have better file limits than youtube) and then link to the clips in the spot.

I'm surprised there's not a complete set out there already though. Let me check before you go through all that trouble.
