You probably won't find your answer here. But you could ask in the fanpop spot. But for your question, you go to which ever spot the gif is for, go to add images, then click on brows to select image, then there is a spot at under tags that says photo, you click on it and it will have 3 choices, fan art, photo and wallpaper, click on fan art, then that's it. It should work. But that is the only way I know how to add a gif.
