I love the actor playing Chuck! So believable. I do think that he's more of a "villain" but that's why I love Him!! There really isn't any "villain", it's just how the Upper East Side girls and boys act. :P

Everyone has their own soft side. Blair is such a great friend to Serena, and Chuck, eventually, became a good guy, especially when he and Serena became family. But Celia, for just that one episode, really made my blood boil. She's the greatest worst villain between the choices.
