Really stupid question but...

hey fellow Gleeks!!
I have a really stupid question...my english isn't that good and I don't fully understand it.
It's about part where everybody is calling with each other.
Santana: "Sex is not dating."
Brittany: "If it was, Santana and I would be dating."

So that means that Santana and Brittany have sex right??
