As of Quinn's relationship status, she is with no one at the moment. However, I would love for her to be with Joe. Many people suspected that she was with Joe since "Dance With Somebody" up to the finale. But they were just best friends at that time. People also suspected that she and Puck got together at the finale, but they didn't. Quinn just kissed him for confidence.
Santana and Brittany did NOT break up. Quinn only kissed Puck to give him a one up on his test, and Joe has issues with his dating because of his religion and is therefore incapable of anything but friendship.
