in 3.03 do rachel and kurt stop being friends?

I know that I read spoilers about this, but I forgot them >.<

But from the promo of 'Run The World', when Santana & Brittany are talking to Kurt and Rachel is present, they seem as though they are still friends.
~ Rachel puts her hand on Kurt's chest to show 'hurt'

...but still, I don't know. The scene of 'Run The World' can be from the beginning and by the end, they could have fought already.

I hope they stop being friends, Hummelberry annoys the heck out of me and I prefer them as rivals anyway...
