Glee Question

Ok, so just to clarify since Quinn is Lucy, that means that she doesn't have a sister, right? Because I thought they said that she had a sister named Lucy.

Thank you to everybody who answered. I know that yesterday they said that Quinn's name was Lucy. That is why I was confused, because I thought that they had said that she had a sister naed Lucy in an earlier episdoe. Maybe I was wrong.
