Has anyone been disliked because they like GLEE????

I've never met anyone that doesn't like Glee. If they're bullying you though, I think you should stick up for yourself. Who cares what they think? You like what you like and they don't have any right to judge you for it. Just keep your head up and keep on doing you. One day they'll realize how silly they are.

People have said that to me too. My friends call it "unoriginal" since all they (did at the time was) covers. The best you can do is tell them, in a serious manner, that you love Glee and if they respect you and your friendship, then they should respect Glee and not diss it in front of you.

Yeah, people have said that to me. But it's more joking than anything. They don't like glee and they say it's gay but they don't down on me. Even some of my friends who do like glee think they ruin the songs. It's sort of like "If you don't like what they do/sing then why bother watching it in the first place?"
I don't get pissed off. It's just a bit annoying because I do like Glee! Oh well, what can ya do?

I've been watching Glee since it was first broadcast on E4. I've got 5 CDs and 1 of the books (I even borrowed 1 from the library for over a month). 3 of my best friends think i'm weird because I like it. My family think Glee sucks too, but they don't resent me for it. My sister says i'm a loser, even though she's watched 2 episodes (Blame It On The Alchohol and the one about Sex Ed.). To be honest I don't care, Glee rules!

"They ruined Rocky Horror", "They should be banned from singing songs"... yhh sometimes I get fed up with Glee hate comments, especially as the people who say it have never seen an episode. Then again, I've now signed up to websites (like this one)so whenever I wanna chat about Glee I can chat to other Gleeks about it.

My best friend had done that at one time, but he was shown up when he actually watched it. He liked it too...but then he was asking me if I thought Sam was hot since that was what the girls he was watching it with thought, which was just creepy. They're so wrong; Kurt's totally the hot one.

Oh, and, my cousin's always saying that it sucks whenever she sees me watching it or when I talk about it, but whatever.

I've never really heard remarks like that. The vast majority of people I know like glee, but you know, for everything in history that was awesome, there was always some moron saying it sucked. If you like something, don't let other people knock you down about it.

Ya I know how you feel. My friends are all like why do you watch glee, that show is soo stupid. But I just ignore them and tell them to watch it and give it a chance. One day I forced them to watch it and they totally loved it!

I'm not a huge fan of the show so no one bothers me about it. Although if I mention it at all they think I am insane for liking it at all. -_-
