Can someone help me??

Okay, go to your profile and next to the green head picture there should be a blue link that says something like "upload photos"
Click it.
It'll take you to another page on which there are several different boxes to input text into.
Next to the first one (titled Upload Images) there will be a button at the end of the box that says "Browse" click on that.
It will open another window with files from your computer on it, navigate to your pictures (or wherever you stored your desired icon; remember that icons have to be 100x100 in size or else they will get cut off)
Once you find your desired picture to be your icon, click it and then click open (down at the bottom right of the window you are on)
The window will close and the file-name of the icon you choose will now be in the text box titled Upload Image.
You then can add an image caption if you want in the next text box (titled Image Caption) but take note that it won't show up under your icon everywhere.
Finally check the box under the Image Caption text box that says "Make this image my user icon" and click the button that says "Submit Image" and voila! You have a brand new icon. I believe it's possible for it to take some time to show up, so if it's not there right away don't worry, give it sometime and it'll show up :D

okay so go to your proflie and bbeside your profile picture (which is the green "face" right now) and therer are two "things" and one says upload photos. You click on that one and ot will open up to another page and there will be a button that says browse next to a box or something and you click on that and you can choose the picture yuo want...you can add more than one picture (but can only have one icon to use at a time of course!) when you have the picture you go to the more pictues button and under the pictures it has choies (like delete report and make user icon) you click on the one that looks like a person (the make user icon thing) and BAM you have your user icon changed!
